Description of the methods/ approach
The CSER online professional learning course (MOOC) is designed to build participant knowledge of AI and capacity in how to teach the topic in the classroom. The course contains two parts. The first entails six lessons that focus on creating a better understanding of AI for the teachers. The second part introduces five AI lessons teachers can implement in their classrooms.
Purpose/Aim
The course aims to provide teachers with the necessary background information to teach and contextualize AI in the classroom by providing an overview. Moreover, their aim is to make it as easy as possible for teachers to implement AI teaching in their curriculum by providing teaching materials and useful tips for implementation.
